Staff

There is no job more challenging or more rewarding than being a camp counselor. At The Main Idea, we have more than 50 years of experience creating magical summers for 130 girls from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. By joining our staff, you’ll become a role model for our wonderful campers — many who look forward to one day becoming a counselor themselves.

Junior Staff

Junior Staff are the heart of camp. You bring with you a love for camp, a deep knowledge of camp traditions, and a willingness to keep learning, growing, and progressing through our STEPS program.
